iTrent Information

iTrent Self Service Portal:

Username
Your Username is your 4 digit staff number with additional "0" at the beginning, as iTrent logins are always 5 digits long, for example: 02875, 00025, etc.

Password Restrictions
Minimum 8 characters, including a capital letter and a number.
Not previously used in last 13 months (to avoid re-using yearly patterns)

iTrent does not remind you to reset your password.

Managers
Managers log in to iTrent via a Manager Portal:
Your manager account is the same account used for both portals, they are all the same account.

Password Good Practice
Reset your iTrent password each month, at the same time as you reset your standard network account login.
